We provide free shipping for all orders within Spain. For other European countries, the shipping cost is calculated based on the dimensions of the lighting fixtures and will be added at checkout. Please note that we do not ship large or high-voltage fixtures outside of Europe. International shipping is exclusively available for small, low-voltage luminaires; in these exceptional cases, shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
When your order is ready and shipped from our workshop, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email with your tracking number.
All prices displayed on our online shop exclude VAT. The applicable local VAT for orders within the EU will be calculated and added at checkout once your shipping address is entered. We do this because we want to offer the easiest shopping experience possible for all our customers.
For non-EU countries (where shipping is available for low-voltage items), we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that all products you buy in our web shop will be free of taxes and duties, and only the delivery cost will be added to your order. Singular Lighting does not determine or collect these fees. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Singular Lighting is not responsible for import duties and local taxes, and we cannot refund any orders that are returned to us due to the non-payment of duties. All orders are shipped from Spain.
